Service appointments can be booked by phone or online. We kindly ask that any cancellations be made at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee.

3. Pricing & Payments

Service costs vary depending on the job scope and parts required. All pricing will be clearly communicated before work begins. Payment is due immediately after service, unless agreed otherwise. We accept cash, credit cards, and e-transfer.

4. Warranties

We offer a limited workmanship warranty on labor performed by ELIFIX101.
Additionally, when applicable, product warranties are also provided by the manufacturers of garage doors and components installed. Warranty details will be provided in writing at the time of service or installation.
Warranty coverage does not apply to misuse, accidents, or unauthorized alterations.

5. Liability

ELIFIX101 is not liable for pre-existing conditions or damages unrelated to our services. The client is responsible for providing safe, accessible working conditions at the service location.
